- Characteristics: A richly structured wine, to the palate it is well balanced and expresses Barbera’s typical and authentic plavours. in the mouth it leaves a broad and long aromatic persistence.
- Grape Varieties: 100% barbera
- Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in cases once they have reached an ideal degree or ripeness. After maceration on the skins for about 10/15 days, the wine is barrel-agred for approximately 6 months and then refined in bottles.
