Villa Marone - Malvasia passita
- Colour: Deep golden yellow.
- Flavour: Well rounded flavour with strong overtones of tropical fruit, dried apricot, jam and spices.
- Characteristics: Sweet wine.
- Grape Varieties: 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica
- Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and left to dry naturally. After soft crushing, the must is removed from the lees and is barrel fermented (fermentation stop naturally). Bottle-ageing continues for a further 12 months.
